116 West Park had housed several businesses after the city sold the building. For the past forty years it had been the home of Ming's Chinese Restaurant. Behind this partially demolished wall was a stairway leading to the basement. Above is the outside stairway to the second floor. A leaky ice machine had severely damaged this area. After much discussion it was decided to open up the area for additional seating. Some of the most difficult work took place here.
